Workflow automation
Every business has steps that happen in the same order, every time: an order comes in, someone confirms it, someone updates the sheet, someone tells the customer. We set it up so that when the first step happens, the rest happen on their own.
For example: a customer pays → the invoice is sent, the delivery team is told, and the customer gets a "thank you, it's on the way" message.

AI-powered processes
Some work needs a bit of judgement — reading a message and working out what it's about, writing a reply, summarising a long document. We use AI to do that part, following your rules and sounding like you. Anything it isn't sure about, it hands to a person.
For example: an enquiry comes in at 11pm. AI reads it, answers the customer in your tone, and leaves a note for your team for the morning.
⚙️
Internal operations automation
The admin that eats your week — reminders, approvals, scheduling, chasing people, weekly reports. We move it to a system that does it on time, every time, without being reminded.
For example: every Monday at 9am, each team lead gets a message with last week's numbers and this week's pending jobs. Nobody wrote it.
📄
Data & document automation
Anything that involves typing information from one place into another, or filling in the same document again and again. We make the system read it, fill it and file it — so nobody types, and nothing gets typed wrong.
For example: a supplier's invoice arrives by email. The amounts are read, entered into your accounts, and the PDF is filed under the right month.

Not sure if your task counts? Simple test: if someone in your business does the same task the same way every week, it can probably be automated. Tell us what it is — we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth doing.
